Grilled Rosemary Flank Steak

This quick and easy marinade is my mum’s go to and it’s delicious! It’s a great way to spice up any BBQ.

1 part Olive Oil

3 parts Balsamic Vinegar

Rosemary, lots and lots of rosemary (Plus chopping it will make your hands smell delicious!)

Mix marinade and pour over flank steak, cover and leave in the fridge for a few hours. The longer you marinate, the tastier it will be. I won’t lie, I rarely ever marinate meat for more than a couple hours, usually because I’m not organized enough to plan that far in advance.

Warm up the grill, sear on a high heat, then let cook on a medium heat until your preferred temperature!

We served this with sweet and red potato salad, corn on the cob, mango salsa, and a delicious salad prepared by my mum’s friend Ellie!
